Coach Wawner's unique motion offense is focused on power post play. Unlike most motion attacks, Wawner's offense gets the ball to the post on each possession, which produces quick scoring. Wawner breaks down the offense on the court, using tape on the floor to designate four perimeter spots that must be filled. He demonstrates proper technique for your post players to achieve a triple threat position each time the ball enters the post. Wawner also walks through six drills that reinforce proper passing, cutting and spacing in the Power Post Offense, including five break down drills to illustrate the pieces that help build the motion. Power post motion will help your team get better shots, open up the floor with perimeter cutting and guarantee post touches in the paint.
