This has been my 'go to' post player DVD since I purchased years ago. Mark Few is one of the best teachers in basketball. Was great to see it available on instant stream now too.

Very general and basic moves. Only a couple of drills are shown. If you are wanting drills and in depth philosophy this isn't the dvd. If you want the basics of posting up to teach younger kids this may help you.
