He includes time-tested drills for developing mental toughness, focusing on areas such as ball-handling, converting on easy scoring opportunities, as well as passing and catching on the go. With emphasis on the fundamentals, this video will help any team reach its physical and mental potential. Martelli discusses the goals and objectives for each step and demonstrates the drills that can be incorporated to help your team develop that skill or team concept. When all the drills are put together, you get a practice atmosphere that is competitive, fundamentally sound, and is related to your offensive and defensive schemes.
