I gave this DVD a 5-star rating. Coach Rice offered a lot of drills (UConn 1-on-1 and UConn post drills, chair drills, and other close-out drills for an example). What I liked, besides the drills,was that coach really was intense and that got the players into the drills and brought out the whole point of pressure defense. Decent dvd.
