I thought it did a good job of covering a variety of topics that coaches deal with on a regular basis. Would think that coaches that are new to coaching basketball would benefit the most, but a great refreshing to the coaches who have been around awhile.

Great video. Excellent for High school coaches dealing with the youth's new attitude. I used this approach last year and got good results.
