I was not impressed. I did make some notes, but I felt like I knew the overall themes of general motivation than the Princeton Offense. He talked a lot and the things he said were solid, but they didn't tell me how to teach this offense or anything outside of the general comments category. If I hadn't watched other films on this, I wouldn't know much more about how to coach this offense. This wasn't a good use of my time.

I have to agree that I was very disappointed with this DVD. Joe Scott talks way too much. Kevin Pigott video on the Princeton offense, which I purchased, is far superior in giving you the basic sets and options of the Princeton offense. Save you money on this video and go for the other.

The DVD does what it says provides building blocks for the offense. I too was expecting to see more offense related stuff, however, it provides many drills that are beneficial for use in the offense. If you already run the offense this DVD provides some drills for you, but if you are looking for plays etc. this is not the DVD for you.

This is an extremely poor DVD. Scott offers very little on the Princeton Offensive system. Don’t buy this DVD it is not worth the money. A much better DVD is The Princeton Offense: Back Door to Success by Kevin Pigott. Check it out.
