Lots of good advice. Many things I've definitely heard and considered before but coach goes very in depth with many ideas, solutions, and preemptive measures for dealing with all sorts of issues.

I will say though, as good as this dvd is, I wouldn't recommend the full 39.99 price tag, I got it on sale so if you can get a good price I'd recommend that.

An excellent video! Coach Faulkner speaks from his many years of experience and gives important points to consider when dealing with coaching issues. I would highly recommend this video for both new and experienced coaches.

Heard his lecture at a coaching clinic, and for 1.5 hours, he had my short attention span, on radar lock!! I am not joking, I listened, 110% attentively, the WHOLE presentation. He gave me so many, many valuable ideas, and I sincerely believe his suggestions can help any coach, be a better coach. If handling your players/parents/athletic directors, etc in a better way suits you, then this video will meet & exceed all of your expectations!!
