This was a great video I have watched it at least 10 times trying to pick up everything he talks about.
I am not a big fan of this one. It was quite basic and I didn't get a lot of new stuff from it. Coach does a good job of keeping your attention, but is not too detailed in the instruction.
A great video about the 4-out 1-in motion offense. He demonstrates many different breakdown drills from 3-0 to 3-3 to 5-0 to 5-5. His rules and concepts are easy to follow and I look forward to trying to implement some of his theories into my offense plan.
