Excellent video! Easy to follow and can implement drills immediately. Stresses fundamentals and competition. Talks about intangibles of players and how those are discovered through use of his drills. Well worth $40!

Buy it! Great video! The drills were easy to follow and explain and they've quickly become favorites of my varsity boy's team. If you want to improve your defense, your team communication and bring intensity to your practices, then get this video. If you are buying this for the motion offense, then I would think twice. I thought the value was in the defensive drills, the team transition drills, and the competitive drills where points were only awarded for defensive stops. If you want to learn the Spurs Motion offense, there are other sources I thought were better.

I absolutely loved everything about this video. I love the competitive 4-4-4 defensive drill. The early offense into motion is excellent!!

Lots of quality pieces and emphasis. Drills are very good and the motion pieces interesting and well illustrated.

This is a pretty cool video. While the drills are pretty basic, some of the ideas on how to incorporate them by Pop are very interesting and work to challenge the players physically and especially mentally. I particularly enjoyed the overall tempo that he had the players work at, even in the clinic setting! The 4 and 5 out drills are probably my favorites, both fit in great with a sideline or middle break transition team. Pops motion offense is especially impressive, the basics of it can be installed at youth levels but there is certainly more then enough depth for a varsity team to use it as well (probably too much for a varsity team!). Fantastic DVD.

Great video for anyone wanting an inside look at what makes the spurs such a great team.

I gave it a "5 stars". Popovich is a terrific teacher and this tape is full of useful and interesting ideas.
