Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Championship Videos. I might be their biggest customer with a library of about 65 coaching videos. That said, this video was worthless. I didnt get anything out of this and actually returned it. Spend your money with Championship. They are a great company with great products that will make you a better coach, but dont spend on this particular video.
