Using live on-court demonstration, Wootten takes you on a guided tour of his most effective full-court man-to-man and zone defenses. He teaches full-court man-to-man defenses which focus on ball denial on the inbound pass, primary traps in the corners, and secondary traps from varying directions. Wootten then teaches his 1-3-1 and 2-2-1 full-court zone defenses. Next he shows full-court trapping drills to teach players to communicate and to keep them from becoming overly-aggressive. Great for junior high and high school-level coaches!
