That said, Joe Stolzer's "36 Exercises for Quicker, Faster, Stronger & Better-Conditioned Basketball Players" is a MUST HAVE.
If you're looking for a watered-down workout routine, this video isn't for you. Coach Stolzer will have you working a sweat just opening the box. You'd be foolish not to order it.
I can't wait to see what he has lined up in volume 2 (hope there is one!!).
