The name of the game for the individual player is separation. Separation from the defender creates opportunities to be effective.
Micah Lancaster does it again with an advanced skill development workout that pushes players to the next level, taking them from good to great. Lancaster, who has trained with future Hall of Fame player Kobe Bryant at his London School of Basketball, uses on-court demonstrations along with various equipment to push players out of their comfort zones and into the next level of athleticism.
Lancaster breaks drills into segments that are necessary to develop separation skills needed to beat any defender. Building on his youth workout, "Creating Separation with the Ball for Youth Players," Lancaster creates a new a style of skill development that any player - guard or post - can utilize to achieve greatness.
This video focuses on three areas of separation:
Players will become masters at using their feet and hands to control every movement on the court. Lancaster shows you how his new "Maravich Ball-handling" drills will take players to a new level of ball control. As your players execute these advanced drills, they will develop great habits with and without the basketball.
This is a perfect DVD for any parent who is looking to give their player a chance at greatness or any coach who is wants to provide that next level training and demonstrate that anything is possible with hard work and attention to detail.

My guess Micah is responding to bad reviews or his mom because I can't imagine someone finding this DVD helpful! Total waste of time. No need to respond Micah I know, Kobe likes you. Championship Productions replies:Here is a link to other skill development videos that may be more to your liking:
There is no other video out that comes close to the level of instruction this video provided ...we have watched several times as a staff and 1x with our team ...very impressive info.
You're right everyone has a YouTube channel but the difference is Micah knows what he is talking about as far as training. How many players have you trained for the NBA or a D1 school? Let us take a look at your client list? Micah is all over the internet and is one of the best ball handlers in the world. So if you didn't get anything from these DVDs you don't know anything about basketball. His training methods aren't from a traditional coaching method, but from a think out side the box method. A train hard so the game will be easy method. Anyone looking to purchase these DVDs look Micah up on You Tube first and see if you agree with his teaching style. My son is in the 6 grade and he has master many on these moves and it has completely transformed his game! To the reviewer why did Micah director Kobe camp in London if he is useless? Kobe is one of the best players who has played the game. I think Kobe would recognize talent when he see it. HOW MANY NBA GAMES HAVE YOU PLAYED IN?
I ordered this DVD as well. While I won't say it is completely worthless but most of the drills are pretty ridiculous. Just because Kyrie Irvin worked out with this guy a few times it does not make him some type of guru. I use a few of the drills he had in my workouts with athletes but I was using them before I saw the DVD. I ordered the DVD and while I am not going to return it I would not be suprised if some people did.
Just because you have some Youtube videos it does not mean you know basketball!
To the negative review above... You must not play basketball if you didn't find anything useful. For anyone who doubts this DVD series look Micah up on Youtube to see for yourself what he is all about. He is one of the best in the business at training NBA players. These are some of the same drills he use when he train them. So if these drills are good enough for Kyrie Irving... Then there good enough for me. Look up his client list and their personal workouts with him on Youtube.
This video is pretty much a waste of time to watch. There is nothing on the video that is worth using! Too bad I downloaded the video and I can't get a refund!!!!Championship Productions replies:Any specific reasons you can provide for your rating will help others with their purchase decisions. -- Thank You, Lonnie Kragel Championship Productions
