I felt the overall production was poorly done. It would have served Coach Ed to do this in a smaller setting with just a few people being instructed and critiqued. It felt all over the map. Ed is very passionate about what he is doing, but his message and points are not as clear as they should be. Simply review what is going to be covered, demonstrate, review would have helped with the appropriate titles and info. While it had that (tiltes/info) it was done it such a manner that it wasn't reinforced or seemed an afterthought. The fact he was in a huge gym with people in stands and on sidelines looking bored and even leaving during filming does not help his cause. I found some of the points regarding shooting thought provoking. The shooting hand material was very helpful. The squaring up concept was also challenging of accepted practices. It also made me think about watching target and/or ball. I am a proponent of watching the target and locking in on that and the rest should just be a 'flow'. It mentioned 22 principles. Why not list those in the beginning, demo, then review. This should have been done in the production. It is still worth a look to get some of Ed's ideas.

Sorry Ed, but this was very disappointing and not worth the money.

Things I liked: the hand triangle and how the hand works through the shot (different finish position than most use, but it's interesting and I'm going to try it); the tiny sway backwards as you bring the ball up is worth a try also; alignment of the shooting forearm is good (standard); zombie drill is not bad; follow through was pretty standard stuff.

Things I didn't like: there was really little else covered in the video than the things I mentioned in the above paragraph. You spent a lot of time telling us how good you can shoot, how simple it is, and chiding us for not being able to duplicate your success. I remain unconvinced that hand strength is that important.

I remain unconvinced that great shooters look at the basket, then switch to the ball once it's released. To be fair, I'm going to try to research this one.
