"This is the best instructional video I have ever seen!" Thom McDonald, former FSU Director of BB Operations and Drake University assistant coach
This informative instructional DVD includes some of the best rebounding pressure drills ever! Skip Prosser teaches the fundamentals for successful team rebounding philosophy in This incredible demonstration video! All of the competitive drills demonstrated are based on these three major components: 1) Never let each other down 2) Collective Responsibility 3) It is not how big you are but how big you play!Packed with thirteen two-minute drills, two four-minute drills, and one eight-minute drill, Prosser outlines players' rebounding responsibilities within each drill and shares methods for making successful rebounding a source of pride for your players. Every drill is competitive, complete with example of consequences and rewards. An added bonus includes a special presentation on how to develop as a coach, and how to deal with players and parents. This is really a "gold mine" of great information.
90 minutes. 2003.
As a high school coach I enjoyed listening to Coach Prosser talk about how he worked his way up the ranks and his days in high school. As for the drills, some of them I had already seen or used but many of them I'd never seen and I plan on using this year. Coach Prosser's philosophy on toughness and physical play was definitly evident in this DVD, I enjoyed that aspect of it. I liked his offensive rebounding drills, as well, some good stuff to implement. If you're looking for some great rebounding drills I would definitly recommend this DVD.
Best rebounding DVD you can buy. We use at least one of his drills in every practice!
This video is everything that I have read about it; it's the best. My team was having issues rebounding, so I bought this DVD to help get some new drills. The players really enjoyed the competitive nature of these drills.
Very good DVD. Great drills, well illustrated and explained.
Drills are great...some oldies but goodies. The long stories in the intro & conlusion can be skipped.
This is as good as it gets, Coach Prosser is a great speaker who not only communicates what he wants done on the court well but also to the viewers and coaches in attendance. The drills are all very good, there were a handfull that I have never seen before (Which should be the point of getting ahold of these things!) and he coaches the players throughout all of them. His philosophy differs a bit from my own, but it does make you think about how much emphasis you really put on rebounding and how you can get the most out of your players. I personally enjoyed Coach Prossers coaching history and advice, he seemed to be an exceptional coach who I wish was still around and teaching. Thank you Coach.
DVD starts really slow with about 15 min of personal stories and ends with another 15 min of personal stories. If you pay attention some of it is helpful. Once the drills get started it goes by fast. All his drills are very practical and I can already see how I will adjust them to fit my next seasons team. Overall its a good DVD with exactly what your looking for, rebounding drills.
Great Rebounding Drills. The drills are competitive and if stressed in practice will make your practices more intense and your players more aggressive. If you run a couple of these drills everyday your team will be focused on rebounding the ball. The competitive full court drill that focuses mainly on rebounding is great. Most rebounding drills are half court.

this was a good investment for me. I got to know Coach a little working at his camp and He was a gem. I have used each drill from the dvd and it has helped my team become a better rebounding team.
Loved this DVD. Coach Prosser's drills emphasize fundamentals, are intense, and fun for players. My players have loved doing these drills in practice. Very good drills if you want rebounding to be a primary focus in your season. The opening intro is basic clinic talk of the coach who had nothing who rose to the top. But once he gets going, it is very good.
Great DVD with a lot of rebounding drills. Coach P starts off with a great intro and breaks down every drill (2 min, 4 min, and team drills). Great competitive drills.
A great DVD loaded with drills. One on one, two on two, three on three, four on four, five on five rebounding drills. Transition rebounding games. There are enough drills to pick and choose which ones benefit your philosophy and team.
