Stringer has used full-court pressure defense to overwhelm and frustrate opponents and to score more effectively. Using on-court demonstrators, Stringer outlines all of the important elements, Xs and Os, rules and drills to best utilize her "55" full-court pressure defense. Stringer systematically builds this pressure defense as she walks through each player's positioning, responsibilities and rules in great detail. Thought this was a great breakdown of her press. Her instructions are to the point with no confusion. Overall could only give it a 4 because of no break down drills she uses. I will be putting this in as everyone in our area seems to be going to the 2-2-1 which we have used the last 4 years with great success. Time for a change and this is it. I have also bought her other dvd haven't watched it yet but should help even more.

Very good breakdown of the actual press itself and the responsibilities of each position. Would have liked to see some better breakdown drills for implementation.

I saw this clinic in person and it is hands-down the BEST clinic I have ever been to. This is a five star video! We used to use a 2-2-1, and after watching her clinic. I changed to this system and we are back-to-back undefeated champs in our league. No one had repeated as champs in over 25 seasons, much less gone undefeated two years in a row. Every coach knows that 55 from Morgan Wooten's book, however, Coach Stringer's rules and instructions are awesome. She brought down everything in a precise and clear format. This is a must buy. I have about 15 of these videos and this is the only one that I am endorsing.
