I'm excited about using this press breaker in the coming year. It's seems easy to teach, versatile, and hard to defend. Championship could add in a root menu and chapters to help navigate the video though.

This is my first time to provide feedback and I accidentally selected a 3 star rating which dropped the overall product rating from a 3.62 to a 3.4 rating. I did not mean to do that as this is an excellent DVD, simple, effective, and well explained. I agree with the previous poster regarding this becoming a staple of what we do.

I've been coaching for over 10 years now at the high school level. I coached both boys and girls. This system that Coach Self uses has been a blessing vs. Full Court pressure. If you don't get the initial cuts, one ball reversal is all it takes and you should get it on the opposite side at least 90% of the time. I like the way he teaches it and I know it will help your team.

Self does a great job teaching his 1-3-1 pressbreaker. The player with the ball always has three close options and one throw-over option. You can advance the ball reliably against any press. I've used it for a season of varsity girls HS basketball and it will be a staple from now on.
