This should be an automatic purchase for anyone looking to install the High Low offense. The video is packed with a variety of drills that will help to perfect the basic pattern and counters to pressure. You get basic shooting drills, shooting within the offense, guard/post breakdown drills, 2v2 and 3v3 breakdown drills, backdoor drills, and more. I was disappointed with the last 20 minutes of the video being all 5v5. At that point, you were just watching them scrimmage with some occasional information being shared. I would have appreciated more breakdown drills for parts of the offense like the stagger screen, high low feeds, dribble penetration, etc. Still a lot of good stuff packed into that first half of the video that makes it a worthy purchase.

Terrific DVD....very detailed and clear presentation.I took one segment of the offense and used it on my women's team.Good solid fundamental offense.

Good stuff, but may be over the head of some new to coaching.
