Very poor, I was expecting a great level of detail on drills, strategies on star players, double teaming, rotations, off ball screens, pick and rolls etc. None of that is covered in this.
The first DVD spends lots of time on positioning and really drags out the explanation of the difference between strong side and weak side. I was stunned that there was practically no mention of defending screens.
The 2nd DVD is Texas Tech match footage, but it has no sound. I guess the idea is to "see us apply these m2m techniques", except without any commentary its up to the viewer to discern why players are making the decisions they do and in what context. It really doesn't add a lot of value.
There must be better defense DVDs out there, this one is very disappointing for the price
