Ratings & Reviews Bob Hurley Coaching High School Basketball 4-Pack on May 23, 2012 Currently 5/5 Stars.5/5 Stars 5 by LionsBasketball Fantastic set. Hurley is definitely never boring and does not spend too much time on anything. If you are a quick learner you will pick up very quick. I have already implemented at least 10 drills into my basketball teams. He covers it all and this is a must have for any serious basketball coach. 11 of 12 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful? Yes No Bob Hurley Coaching High School Basketball 4-Pack on January 18, 2012 Currently 5/5 Stars.5/5 Stars 5 by RevJay Highly recommended! Whether you are relatively new to coaching basketball or a seasoned veteran, Coach Hurleys 4-Disk set is jam-packed with very useful information from start to finish. I bought the set on sale, but in hindsight it would have been worth it at the full price. While I thoroughly enjoyed all of the DVDs, I thought that the Practice Planning & Program Development DVD was the biggest surprise! Coach Hurley explains a lot of solid ½ and full court drills that can be used throughout the season. From a production side, this video is the quality that I expect from a $40 dollar purchase. All 4 DVDs feature the appropriate menu options, very clear audio AND visual, good camera angles, and the court has nice lighting so its easy to see (I refuse to buy on-court demonstration DVDs that feature the red and blue courts from various clinics). 13 of 13 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful? Yes No Bob Hurley Coaching High School Basketball 4-Pack on October 4, 2011 Currently 5/5 Stars.5/5 Stars 5 by Jstnblke41 The set is certainly worth it, there are great words of wisdom and pieces of advice littered throughout all the videos and each gives you a good chunk of information. All of the videos contain things I've never seen before and stand strong on their own, although "Practice Planning" stands out as the strongest in my opinion. Overall though a great investment to see how the entire St. Anthonys program is run by a Hall of Famer. 13 of 13 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful? Yes No Bob Hurley Coaching High School Basketball 4-Pack on April 18, 2011 Currently 5/5 Stars.5/5 Stars 5 by belacyrf Great set and completely worth it. It's great to hear how one of the greatest high school coaches around approaches games and practice. Each DVD has "gems" of information that are practical at every level. I was skeptical when I first started watching, seeing that the DVD's were more "coaching theory" than "show and tell". However I found myself sucked in to what Coach Hurley was saying and found the information so much more helpful than I thought it could be. Worthwhile purchase for any coach at any level. 15 of 16 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful?
