This DVD was good. Coach Huggins does do a lot of story telling. I would say that there is only 15 minutes of 1-1-3 instruction. The story telling is good and humorous, but I would call this more of a defensive philosophy video than a 1-1-3 instructional video. There are good ideas in this video, but it was not what I was looking for.
