Join legendary coach Bob Huggins as he leads you through a series of aggressive basketball drills you can run in your practices to get your players to play more aggressively.
Huggins begins with tempo-setting drills to get your team rolling. He then moves into rebounding drills including the 1-on-1 and 2-on-2 drills for rebounding away from the ball. Huggins includes his favorite "4-on-4 plus 1" drill where he forces defenders to help teammates out in the post and on penetration. Huggins concludes with a 6-on-4 screening drill to prepare his defense for an opponent who runs a motion offense with a lot of screening.
In all, Huggins demonstrates how to demand excellence from your team.

Coach Huggins gives a nice breakdown of his drills. He covers a fun fastbreak drill, a rebounding drill, then finishes with 4v5 style games. All of his presentations are on-court clinic style with players. Each drill is interspersed with WVU practice film. A shortcoming of the practice footage is that Huggins does not break down those clips. Huggs also beats the treadmill joke to death in the video but overall, these are useful drills for most high school level teams.
