Join legendary coach Bob Huggins as he leads you through a series of aggressive basketball drills you can run in your practices to get your players to play more aggressively.

Huggins begins with tempo-setting drills to get your team rolling. He then moves into rebounding drills including the 1-on-1 and 2-on-2 drills for rebounding away from the ball. Huggins includes his favorite "4-on-4 plus 1" drill where he forces defenders to help teammates out in the post and on penetration.
