I give this video a 5 based solely on Donovan's teaching points and his attention to detail. However, I was expecting more drills to learn from but I got enough out of this to give it a 5 and I would buy it again.

Not a ton of drills, but the ones that are presented are done in ways that are very competitive and incorporate a lot of core fundamentals that players can often lack. I liked Coach Donovans philosophies and nuggets, there were also some helpful post coaching points that I have never heard before. Its worth taking a look at for sure.

Not a bad video. It's definately more for summer workouts but you incorporate the drills in your practices. I've seen better but definately beneficial.
