Obviously there is plenty of volume with 70 plays. My team is mostly 10 year old boys playing travel. Most of the plays are too much for them, but: 1.) I will take some of the plays and cut them down to the first one or two steps. That way I can layer on, as they learn. 2.) There are a few plays with built in counters. Those should work well for my team.
