This DVD set is a little bit different from the typical ChampionshipProductions videos.

It's more of an inside view into NWU basketball program than a classical clinic style lecture.

You can find a privileged view into coach Meyer's training sessions, locker room meetings and game approach.

Nothing very detailed or innovative on fundamental skills, game strategies or tactics, but interesting nonetheless.

If you are looking for something specific, this video is not for you. Otherwise, if you want to get a good understanding of a competitive basketball program approach to the game, it's a good buy.
