GREAT info! Archie Miller is a product of this great type of off season skill development, and as a varsity coach, I use these drills daily in our workouts.
I am a high school varsity boys coach. This video really gave me something very practical and succinct to work on with players in the offseason...I even believe I will use a segment per day from this work out in season for PD as well as pre-game warm up. At first I was just relieved to see something so simple and effective. But then, when I began to see players actually go to these moves in games after having drilled them....I became a life long believer....I have roughly 50 bball DVD's...this is the best PD in a nutshell offering I've ever seen.
