All Access videos are designed to allow viewers from all over the world to see how successful coaches run their practices in a "live" practice setting. All Access videos allow viewers to see the practices un-edited and in real-time. You will see how top coaches run their drills, interact with their team and staff, how they motivate their team, the cue words they use, the atmosphere of the practice and how practices are structured from day to day. Many coaches visit successful colleges and high schools to watch practice. But if you live out of state or out of the country, visiting another coach's gym can be costly. That's why we created the All Access Practice Series of videos -- to bring the practices to you!
Thought the series was tremendous for anyone interested in the Princeton O
I thoroughly enjoyed this dvd series. Coach Mooney is a great teacher. He shared warmups that every player needs to run the princeton offense. It showed his style of the princeton offense, which if learned could be really hard to gaurd. His other dvd of teaching the warm-up drills probably has nothing new or different than these dvds. You can't go wrong with the All-Access Dvd's. Thanks Championship productions...
Great look at the Richmond version of the Princeton offense. I found this DVD to be very helpful and informative. Mooney's version of Princeton is a more athletic attack where ball screens and dribble drive are incorporated in their action.
It's not the first all-access DVD series that I got, but so far it's the best. The reason for that is that you can see the whole (Princeton style) offense develop from the first to the last practice shown on the tapes.
Moreover, pre-practice meetings are filmed giving you the opportunity to understand how each practice is organized and planned.
I was interested in the Princeton offense and therefore found watching the DVDs very useful.
In every practice, after warm-up, players work on offense 5vs0 and 5vs5, using each time a different offensive option.
In the practices, coach Mooney also work on his matchup defense although in my opinion with a level of detail a little bit lower than the one used to build the offense.
Overall, it's a very good product, especially for coaches interested in the Princeton offense.
If you like the Princeton Style of play but you also want to play fast, this is Princeton on steriods. I like the way they push tempo right into their sets. The progression of building the offense is very informative, from 5 v 0 to 5 v 5 Half court to 5 v 5 full. A good suplement to this DVD is Chris Mooney's Drills.
good dvd, i thought the warm up was great covers all the fundamentals in 25-30 minutes , could be used daily for a 6th - 12 grade teams . gives a good look at how Richmond practices are run , i like how they run their dummy offense and how they have all of their players constantly working in practice , not alot of standing around
