This is a 5-star rated All-Access DVD series. Out of my collection of All-Access and tons of other Championship Production basketball DVDs, Brenda and Sherri Coale are my favorites!

This Maryland Women's basketball does not disappoint. DVD#1: Starts off with the Strength and Conditioning phase. Great tips and workouts on developing speed, agility, and the core conditioning/ strength that players need, especially for female players. The tips offered help to reduce ACL injuries for our female athletes. The next part of the DVD moves into a Maryland WBB practice session. Here you get the drills and break down drills the coaches develop for the players to work on the Maryland offense. What I really enjoyed was the constant communication between players and coaches. If a player had a question about a certain read on the offense, the coaching staff or coach Frese was able to address those questions with knowledge and experience. Very good stuff.
DVD2 is more practice sessions and the team going over offensive and defensive drill work and scrimmage sessions. in this DVD #2, you get the chance to see the defensive workouts that have made Maryland so strong. You also get a chance to see them develop their "22" 2-2-1 press from the ground up. Again, great progression of drill work.
DVD3 was the best. This was coaching clinic put on by the Maryland coaching staff. Really top notch stuff offered here. The Maryland coaching staff sharing their offensive and defensive philosophy with coaches from that area. Also tips of scouting, recruiting, what college coaches are looking for in future players.
DVD4&5 were more Maryland offensive and defensive practice sessions. Skill development workouts, shooting drills, an offensive and defensive drill work.
Again, over the 597 minutes, roughly 10 hours, you get a great look at one of the top coaches in the nation and how she, along with her coaching staff, have made Maryland Women's Basketball program a force in the NCAA women's Division. If you are a coach that is always seeking new knowledge and how to improve a program or keep your program at the top, this is an All-Access series you should purchase. 5-Star rating in my book!!
