Using various 2-on-2, 3-on-3, and 4-on-4 drills, Frachilla shows you how to build your help side defense from the ground up. If your team struggles against screens, you will find easy techniques that will help successfully defend screens, especially a UCLA Cut, on-ball screens from the wing, and cross screens.

To add variety to your defensive pressure, Fraschilla details a 2-3 zone defense you can incorporate as a change-of-pace defense. Want to turn up the heat on your opponent? Coach demonstrates three ways to trap out of the 2-3 zone: Half court line trap, wing trap, and deep corner trap. Fraschilla also details an aggressive 2-3 zone that shuts down the gaps and provides a segment on rebounding in the zone.
