If you have a gun a few of the drills he uses are in the video that comes with it. Much of the video deals with teaching his way of catching and shooting. He shows the drills he uses for this. The big thing I got from it was how he uses it during practice to get his players more shots everyday. He sets it up on one end and throughout practice players will be there shooting while another drill is being done on the other end. A pretty good DVD.
