Decent DVD, however, it is not worth the 40 dollar purchase. If you are going to purchase a DVD on the high/low, go with Self's. The basic motion Loos runs, I think, is impossible to effectively run at the high school/college level. When the ball is reversed, the opposite cutter has to do too many things for this offense to work. Waste. Of. Money. Unfortunately, with Championship Productions, too many of their DVDs are hit or miss.
