Youth Baseball Series Tape 1: Throwing & Catching

In this video Johnigan demonstrates proper throwing and catching techniques. He also demonstrates the techniques of throwing and the importance of playing a good game of catch, the grip, 4 seam, and the release of the ball. He demonstrates the techniques of catching and the importance of moving the feet, above the waist and fingers up, below waist palm up, and the use of two hands. He also discusses flyballs and line drives. Drills for proper throwing techniques, proper catching techniques, flyballs, and line drives are demonstrated.
