Baseball Conditioning Drillswith David Ohton,
San Diego State University Strength and Conditioning Director
Learn how David Ohton teaches the San Diego State baseball team speed, flexibility, and conditioning. After complete discussion and demonstration of the Aztec warm up and flexibility drills, Ohton shares the endurance building running program they use.
