Spent a lot of time talking about the mental side. The mental aspect was good, but he shows too much video of OF's getting first steps. Drill work was good, but limited. I would like to have seen more mechanics.

Coach Mazey spends a lot of time talking. Some of the mental stuff is good, but it is limited. The number of drills is limited as well.
