It doesn't have the technical breakdown of hitting or array of drills you find in other videos. The teaching points are very straightforward and he keeps everything simple. The simplicity of his teaching did make me wonder if I overanalyze and overteach since a guy with 4256 hits is so basic about it. If you're looking for lots of drills I'd favor the "Building an explosive swing" dvd by Coach Johnson from U of San Diego. If you want something very easy to follow with hitting basics this will be good.
