Featuring demonstrations by Brett Anderson, member of the 2008 US Olympic Baseball Team (Bronze Medalists)

Coach Anderson demonstrates a systematic progression of drills that will help your pitchers identify and correct mechanical errors. Under Coach Anderson, the Houston pitching staff finished in the top 10 nationally in five categories, including walks allowed per nine innings (second - 1.82), strikeout-to-walk ratio (third - 3.58), WHIP (fourth 1.06), and ERA (fourth - 2.35).

This 11 step process incorporates proper grip, stance, rocker step, leg lift, balance, stride, arm action, head and shoulder movement, backside movement, release, follow through, and square-up. This progression can help any pitcher improve his accuracy and velocity. Anderson includes three drills that will help coaches determine the best "arm slot" for their pitchers. He also shares a four-drill progression for building muscle memory and a drill to help loosen up your "short-arm" pitchers.

A good effort. I thought it was a little hard to follow at some points, but very good info about developing mechanics and working with pitchers. Not a lot of drills included to develop the skills that are discussed.
