How to Build a 12 Pitch Arsenal

In this video, Coach Filter walks you step by step through the mechanics of 12 different pitches that will help the beginning pitcher become dominant and turn the dominant pitcher into an All-Star! By starting with the fastball, Coach Filter explains how to set up opposing batters for your best pitches. Using on-mound demonstration, each of the following pitches are demonstrated emphasizing proper arm action, proper stride length, proper wrist action, and then he puts everything together for the complete motion. The pitches demonstrated in this video are four seam fastball, two seam fastball, four seam curve ball, two seam curve ball, knuckle curve ball, slider, cut fast ball, circle change up, two seam change up, three finger change, four seam change up, split finger fastball, and the fork ball.
