Definitely worth buying, with this book I've become more focused and more confident in myself. The daily training logs really break down each day and keep it really organized while the monthly scheduler and strength training log help me keep tabs on myself. I enjoy every bit of this training log especially the self-assessment tests. Definitely worth the buy and worth the time to use.
