Q: Do you take purchase orders?
A: Yes, by mail or fax. The purchase order should include billing and shipping information, accounts payable fax number, phone number, purchase order number, item numbers, and an authorized signature.

Q: Do you take checks by phone?
A: We accept checks by mail only.

Q: What are the shipping options?
A: Standard Express: 3 - 8 day delivery - only limited tracking information will be available.
Expedited Express: 1 - 3 day delivery - tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Overnight Air Express delivery: Delivered next business day - tracking number will be sent to you by email. Next Day Orders must be placed by 3:00pm Central Time Next Day orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday. There is Saturday delivery to some areas for an extra charge. It's best to call about next day delivery.

Q: What carrier do you use?
A: We ship by a combination of UPS or USPS for our Expedited Express and Standard Express. Overnight Air is delivered by UPS.

Q: Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
A: When shipping via Expedited Express or Overnight Air Express, it is necessary to provide a physical mailing address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes with either of these shipping methods.

Q: How long before I get my order?
A: Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (if the order is placed on a business day) and delivery time is determined by the shipping method you choose.

Q: Can I fax a copy of my check?
A: If you are paying by check or money order, we must have actual payment in our office before we can ship your order.

Q: Can I call in my purchase order?
A: No, we require a hard copy of your purchase order before we can ship your items. But you can fax your purchase order to us at 515-232-3739.

Q: Can I return items?
A: Yes, we will gladly accept one time exchanges or returns within 15 days. Please call for return authorization.

Q: Will your DVD be compatible with my DVD player?
A: At Championship Productions, we want you to have the best experience possible with our DVD products, so our DVDs are produced using only top-quality disks to ensure a high level of compatibility with your DVD player. Unfortunately, some DVD players manufactured before 2001 may not be compatible with the high-quality disks used on our DVDs. In a rush to get their DVD players to market, some manufacturers build their machines to work on most disks, realizing that some features of a DVD may not work.
If you are unable to play a DVD from Championship Productions there are three things you can do:

  1. If you recently purchased your DVD player, we recommend returning it for another model that will play "DVD-R" disks. A good feature to look for is "progressive scan". The majority of DVD players on the market today, at all price points, have this feature.
  2. Buy a new player. This may sound drastic, but a new progressive scan DVD player costs as little as $38, and we have seen prices as low as $18 after rebates. With all of our instructional titles being released on DVD, this is a great investment for you or your school!
  3. Return your DVD for a complete refund. If one of our disks does not work with your player, we will give you a full refund, providing the disk is returned in saleable condition and the packaging is re-usable. If your player is experiencing difficulties with DVDs in general, we still offer a vast library of excellent quality instructional videos!
Most video rental and discount stores around the world have discontinued selling videotapes and VCRs. Championship Productions embraced this trend; since October of 2004, we have released all of our new titles on DVD only - providing our customers high quality video images, a product that will not wear out, and a product that is quickly and easily accessible for referencing.

Q: How long until I receive my International order?
A: This varies greatly from country to country, but generally expect your book or video within 7 to 11 working days.

Q: Can I send a check or money order to Championship Productions instead of ordering online?
A: As long as the check or money order is in US funds, yes, that is another way to place your order.

Q: What should I include in my mail to you?
A: Please include the following: Name, Street Address, City, State, Country, Postal Code, Phone Number, email address, item number, title, and quantity of each item you are ordering and also need to add shipping charges. If you email us the items that you are purchasing and your address, we can email back the exact shipping charges to add to your order.

Q: In general, how are International shipping/handling charges calculated?
A: On all international orders, the minimum shipping/handling charge is $19.95. The shipping/handling charge is calculated based on the weight of the package and your shipping address. Please add items to your shopping cart and visit the checkout page and your shipping/handling charges will be automatically calculated.
