Returns/Exchanges - DVDs & Books

If a DVD or book is found to be unsatisfactory in any way, follow these simple steps for a return or exchange:

1. Call 1-800-873-2730 for a return authorization number within 7 days of receipt of goods.
2. Reason for return must be stated.
3. Returned items must be in NEW condition. (Disc/case undamaged, no scratches, fingerprints, marks, etc.)
4. After receiving a return authorization, return the products in a padded envelope or box, including the following in your shipment:
   1. Return authorization number or copy of packing slip
   2. Title and item number of your exchange items.
5. Please note:
   1. One-time exchange only. (You may not buy one video, then exchange it, and exchange again, etc. all on the same order).
   2. We do not accept exchanges or returns on clinic booth purchases or final closeout sale items.
   3. Approved returns and exchanges will be for the amount of purchase only! (If you purchased a DVD using a discount coupon at $33, you will only get a $33 credit towards the item you're exchanging for.)
6. Wrap the merchandise securely and return via insured parcel post or UPS to:

Exchanges - Electronic Media (Instant Videos, eBooks, Online Clinics)

The purchase and viewing of any electronic media (instant videos, eBooks, online clinics, etc.) from ChampionshipProductions.com is non-refundable and may not be returned for a refund or store credit. If you purchased a video by mistake or deem the video content to be unusable for your program, call (1-800-873-2730) or email us ([email protected]) within 7 days of the purchase date. You may be able to exchange for a different instant video that is of equal or lesser value.

Return or exchange requests outside of the 7 day time frame will not be honored. Championship has the right to refuse returns/exchanges if a customer is overusing the policy.
