Great information provided by coach David Marsh in this series. I like the the way coach Marsh explains and demonstrates things from the pool deck. This dvd is also excellent in that there is a split screen that shows above and below the water footage.

The information, drills and tips are informative and useful. David Marsh is coherent and intelligent. A major drawback is the quality of the video production: I don't need things to look like a Hollywood movie, but for $30+ per DVD, the fact that large segments of the interviews with Mr. Marsh are out of focus is a major negative. I'm sure we'll watch the DVDs many times and use the information they contain, I'll just have to overlook the poor quality of the video.
