Coach McCallie has taken the Michigan State Women's Basketball program from 10 wins in the '00-'01 season to a runner-up finish in the 2005 NCAA National Championship game. In an energetic, lecture-style setting, McCallie shares the 12 secret components to building her dominating Match-Up Zone defense, which helped fuel that amazing turn around. Her Match-Up Defense isn't a man-to-man defense nor is it a traditional zone defense, it is a hybrid of multiple defenses.
