Coach Keady shared a lot of great content to chew on. I specifically liked the step-by-step overview of primary and secondary breaks.

Disappointing. Got a little bit of info off of it, but like the previous person, he seemed very ill prepared to present. Very disappointing though.

Coach Keady didn't seem very well prepared in this video. The information wasn't anything ground breaking. He seemed to jump around from idea to idea.
