This dvd contains a lots of change of direction drills for teens. Basic drills for teenagers but nonetheless very effective. Drills for 1-1 with dribble and 1-1 from stance and some for posting
Coach preaches good footwork (jab, ripping and shot fake)
But my concern is when the drills are executed he's looking at there shots in stead of there footwork and therefore no corrections.
Probably more a 3,7 then a 4

Solid DVD, especially useful drills during the summer months. Easy and effective use of chairs in drills. Many of drills are footwork drills. Have used many of these drills with my high school players, especially the guards and wings, and they have been helpful with our summer player development goals.
